Well it didn't take Joe Biden long to let the cat out of the bag did it? In case you missed it, Biden (stellium in Scorpio) basically laid out what's going to happen once Obama becomes president (did I miss the election?). In case you didn't catch Biden's pre-election tell, speaking to journalists in Seattle, here is a partial transcript:
""Mark my words, It will not be six months before the world tests Barack Obama like they did John Kennedy. The world is looking. We're about to elect a brilliant 47-year-old senator president of the United States of America. Remember I said it standing here if you don't remember anything else I said. Watch, we're gonna have an international crisis,
a generated crisis, to test the mettle of this guy."
"I can give you at least four or five scenarios from where it might originate, and he's gonna need help. And the kind of help he's gonna need is, he's gonna need you - not financially to help him -
we're gonna need you to use your influence, your influence within the community, to stand with him. Because it's not gonna be apparent initially, it's not gonna be apparent that we're right."
"Gird your loins."
Ahem, I don't know about you but my loins and everything else will be girded after reading this. As we've noted, Biden is a Scorpio and he's a Sagittarius rising, with a stellium in Scorpio (Sun, Venus, Mercury and Mars). Both his Sun and Venus reside in his 12th house where he moves and shakes behind the scenes. I've said this before and I will say it again, the Biden we see and the Biden he stares back into the mirror each day, are two different Bidens.
When he and Sarah Palin squared off in their debate, while Mercury was retrograde, I really thought that he would unreel something along these lines during the debate--the astral conditions seemed right. But just like it took Obama and McCain a few weeks to go all Mercury Retrograde and start dropping Keating and Ayers bombs, so too did it take a few weeks for Biden to begin to insert the command code. What to make of all this? In my piece, I link to two pertinent pieces of information, but specifically a
video where he grills Supreme Court Chief Justice, John Roberts during his conferment proceedings about "guaranteeing" that Roberts will HAVE to rule on the constitutionality of implanting RFID chips into the populace. With all of his Scorpionic influence, Biden is a consumate inside man, privy to the inner workings of the system and it appears to be that part of his role is to test-market these potential realities, to lob them out into our consciousness so that we can begin to assimilate some other order at work. In essence, Joe Biden is the guy that fills up the gaseous trial balloons and lets them fly. Perhaps Biden will soon begin to float the idea of a new,
worldwide currency that the leaders of Europe are meeting around and getting ready to propose to The US.
Staying on The Obama track, Colin Powell (Aries) endorsed Barack Obama. Should we be happy about this? Colin Powell went before The UN and told that tall tale about yellow cake uranium, aluminum rods and Niger, all pointing a big, green, radioactive finger back at Saddam Huessein and his desire to build nuclear weapons. Well history has shown us that that wasn't really the case and in fact it got a lot of people in hot water, that is except of course Colin Powell. While Colin Powell is generally thought of as a war hero and "good man", the
hidden history of Powell might suggest an entirely different picture. His natal Jupiter in Capricorn at 24 degrees will no doubt benefit from the Jupiter's current stay in Capricorn and certainly foreshadows a potential opportunity in an Obama cabinet. But like most of the events that are broadcast to us on a daily basis, whether it's Biden's curious warnings of things to come, the new global economy and international currency or Powell's manufactured image, the greatest tool at our disposal in making sense of the world around us is discernment and looking through astrological perspectives can provide us with another channel of information.
