Ron Paul isn’t so black and white.
I keep going back and forth on Ron Paul. Four years ago I gave Ron about $300 to run. When I found out he was in the mix, I was elated. I had been a Paul fan for years as he always seemed to vote on the right side of the issues. His takes on the Patriot Act, Pre-emptive strikes and The Fed were in alignment with mine. He was the only candidate that addressed not only the physical but the fiscal toll wars without end were taking on us. In essence he didn’t blithely mouth the company line when it came to the “Project For The New American Century” aka PNAC, in fact just listen to Paul’s blistering broadside against the Neocon culture that’s infested Washington, from a speech he delivered to congress in 2003. Paul came out and declared the NDAA to be nothing short of martial law in America. There’s a lot to like about Paul based on those positions. He wants to audit and end The Fed. He’s a constitutionalist which thanks in due part to the post-911 zeitgeist has been labeled regressive and even radical.
People scream about his foreign policy. When asked about this, they say very little other than the fact that he won’t agree to bomb or invade invisible infidels who “hate us.” He’s labeled an isolationist and a racist, though neither can really be attributed to him. There is an issue with a newsletter that Lew Rockwell had years ago that Paul was part of that is controversial but its certainly not clear that Paul contributed to it in the way that is attributed to him by the MSM. In the wake of the claims that Paul is racist, the African American community has rallied with videos supporting him. So if he’s not a racist and his foreign policy is one that is not invested in supporting corporate wars for the likes of Bechtel, Raytheon, Halliburton, Lockheed, and the Seven Sisters, then what’s the issue with Paul? Why in so many words is he not electable?
In the exo-political community where everyone is a spook or a gatekeeper, Paul is either a Mason (likely) or he is playing the role of the steam valve for the mostly white middle class that’s not falling for the cut of Mitt Romney’s jawline. He’s out there, the last buoy of freedom and personal liberty floating in sea of sharks with cctv cams attached to their dorsal fins, watching and then devouring everyone in sight, feasting on the chum of the American dream. That’s Ron Paul, the last hope on the way to Totalitarian Town. When Paul goes down, its over (theoretically). That’s the thinking in the terminally depressed nether regions of the conspiracy void.
In essence, Paul is just another shill. I have to admit, I’ve gone there. But if that’s the case, then why the elaborate effort to exclude him from debates? Is it so well thought out that they parse out his three minutes or so because Stephen Spielberg said that its the best way to legitimize his outsider status? Or is the status quo truly afraid of him? There’s even talk that he’s on a hit list if he gets too popular. So what’s the deal with Ron Paul? Who is he? Is he trustworthy?
Its a pretty complex question actually, because to understand Ron Paul, you’ve got to know just a little about the Austrian school of economics. Paul is a student of Ludwig von Mises, one of the founders of the Austrian school. But before we get into von Mises, let’s take a peek at Paul’s aspects to look beneath the starry cloak of his celestial DNA.
There is no known birth time for paul, but Granny Miller seems to have rectified his chart and has him as a Virgo rising (7:45 AM, 8/20/35). Astrology aside, its important to note that Paul was raised by depression era parents. This group has Pluto in Cancer. It was through their hard work that the bulk of the 20th century was built. Fueled by the protestant work ethic and the fumes of hard times, they busted their ass to transform the United States (Cancer). Paul was an obstetrician before he was a congressman so he specialized in dealing with mothers, again Cancer. Pluto in Cancer is what Paul brings to the table. In fact, his Pluto stands in direct opposition to the USA astrological chart’s Pluto which is at 28 degrees Capricorn. So Paul in essence is in opposition with the current assemblage of the Plutocracy simply based on his natal Pluto. We’re talking direct opposition here.
Paul has his True Node in the sign of the Goat, which opposes his natal Pluto. Its one of the few planets aspecting his Pluto. It does semi-square his ascendant which might account for why some people have such a severe reaction to his persona. But the opposition between Pluto and the True Node is a fascinating one, because in many ways, it is the geopolitical intersection between Paul’s populist pull and the true manifestation of von Mises free market libertarianism. The arrival of the True Node in Capricorn in Paul’s chart might be a good time to explore the Austrian school of economics without going into a huge amount of detail. Let’s see if we can break this down into some digestible chunks of text.
PRAXEOLOGY AKA HUMANS IN ACTION
The fundamental concept at the core of von Mises system is that economy cannot be separated from human action. Here is where Paul is inspired to remove the Fed from its money printing capacity, mostly because it does nothing. Mises rejected the empirical model, because he believed that only actionable volition in relation to mostly dissatisfied conditions is what motivates the human in real time. There’s a primacy in his philosophy that does not allow for economic abstraction. Humans are agents of action. Systems must reflect that agency as well and be tied to something directly, not speculatively. Here is where Paul ties the gold standard into his economic policies. The gold standard provides some metrics of real and quantitative measure versus inflationary and deflationary cycles of economic abstraction. The gold standard also relates to Paul’s Leo Sun from a symbolic perspective.
The philosophical dictum of the Austrian school springs from Mises’ inquiry into the human as an actionable agent that can actualize will to respond to the needs of the moment. Entrepreneurs are exalted in the Austrian school, as they are the innovators and able risk assessors/takers where their mettle is tested against the marketplace in actionable, quantifiable, real time terms. For Mises and Paul, the individual is the center of not just the economy, but the cosmos in general, hence the relationship to free and unfettered markets. Where else can the man of action truly make a difference? For the Austrian schoolers, governments are completely antithetical to this notion and should have no place in determining the marketplace. Governments according to them should not be in the business of being a business. This is in many ways a completely different model than the current ramp up to a super governance ala Pluto in Capricorn, where government and big business mutate and merge into one, enormous, Plutocratic beast. But the Austrian school does not eschew corporations or even big business and in fact wants to do all it can in order to greater facilitate its powers in the marketplace. Here we see the shadow of libertarianism. Individuals must be accorded true freedom, but that freedom extends outwards into the realm of the marketplace, where its not always clear that the sanctity of the individual is as well preserved as its freedoms.
In a recent position paper that Paul has drawn up, we can see what he would do immediately as a president. Keep in mind that action is at the center of Praxeology. He would immediately cut the military budget by 15% and then he would take a scythe to WIC (a government food program for mothers), Medicare and other social services to the tune of 35% and upwards. He would also work to abolish states rights to work, which essentially ends unions in states. According to Webster Tarpley, in the early days of Paul’s political career, he was funded by the Koch Brothers through their think tank, The Cato Institute. What Ron Paul would do to the short term of the economy would be the equivalent of a fiery clear cut, setting a good portion of social programs ablaze. He would also cut the corporate tax to 15% and give all corporations abroad tax amnesty and allow them to bring home their profits at a 15% rate as well.
The ideas are radical. Unlike the arctic thaw of dismantling the current system at the hands of the Keynsian economists, Paul would take a blowtorch to the system. These would be austerity measures enacted from within, without the arch hand of the IMF or World Bank pointing their scaly index fingers in the direction of the USA.
So here we see the pivot between the populist position of Pluto in Cancer in Paul’s rectified 11th House (the good of all) and the true manifestation of its intent, lying (no pun intended) in opposition to his True Node in Capricorn, which is the manifestation of the emergent identity and purpose in service to the highest aspiration of the human will, allowed to ascend to heights unfettered by any system. This is congruent in many respects with the Luciferian philosophy of the individual as the adept of action and will.
What’s fascinating though and what separates Paul from say the neocons, who are inspired by the likes of Leo Strauss, Irving Kristol and to some extent Saul Alinsky is that for them, the ends justify the means. So they will dabble in radical abstraction, whether its propaganda and subliminal subversion to outright lies, to distorting economic systems that trade on cancerous debts. Paul’s philosophies and those of the Austrian school are tied to real assessment of risk, resource and reward. In essence a loss is a loss and not something to be negatively amortized.
The moral conscience is tempered by what is achievable in quote-un-quote “real terms.” Real terms translates into real goods, real transactions, real economies, not credit based speculation. Thus some form of moral integrity is achieved by adhering to real time values, born out of material considerations.
One of the aspects in this rectified chart that might give us an indication as to why people have a hard time seeing the real Ron Paul, or attributing unreal aspects to him is his Sun in the 12th House. Mercury is there as well, straddling the ascendant with Neptune on the other side in house one. They form the back end of Paul’s yod to Saturn in Pisces at the end of the sixth into the seventh. In real terms, Paul is tasked with translating the idealism of the Neptune/Merc conjunction into quantifiable terms vis-a-vis Saturn. Fascinating that Saturn in Pisces is tasked with carrying out what begins as rational thought seeds in the Virgoan mindsphere. To achieve this end, there must be some sort of spiritual actualization as well. The transit of Chiron and then Neptune could be problematic for Paul. It makes him quite vulnerable actually, especially as Chiron opposes his Mercury in March of 2102. There is a great deal of speculation that if he does not get the Republican nod, that he will run as an independent. That this is his time. His last go round. If he does, the likes of Mitt Romney will not be well disposed towards Paul’s possibility of splitting the vote. Keep in mind that Mitt is a Pisces and his Mars at 5 degrees Pisces sits one degree off Paul’s Saturn. His Mercury in Pisces opposes Paul’s Neptune, so be prepared for an ideological tug-of-war between the two.
If Ron Paul can make it through the gauntlet in the next few weeks, and emerge from New Hampshire close on Romney, he’ll have a major boost on Super Tuesday in March, when Jupiter will be conjunct his natal Moon in Taurus 21/20. If the rectified chart is close to correct, that would lead to a Jupiter transit into Paul’s 10th House, which will conjunct his natal Chiron on election night.
Based on his chart, does he have a good shot at unseating Obama, even if he runs as an independent? My answer is “yes.” Based on his chart, can we trust Ron Paul to divest us of the corruption that’s plagued our financial system ever since Reagan began to de-regulate? Well, he might, but only by finishing the job that Reagan started and deregulate everything. In a free market, there’s no corruption because the governor on the marketplace has been removed. So in that sense, yes. Based on his chart does Ron Paul look out for the common man? Yes, but not to the exclusion of exalting the congregation of the men of action in the realm of business ie corporations. In Ron Paul’s world, the strong survive and the weak better get smart or strong pretty damned fast. The Austrian schoolers are about responding through crisis and Paul’s immediate actions would spawn a crisis of sorts in the marketplace. Those that are wealthy and have resources could weather the Paul economic firestorm, which would be manna for the likes of the Rothshchilds in the short term, but in the long term, their fractional reserve ponzi scheme would no longer function. In essence, the game will have changed. Would Ron Paul usher in the end of our system as we know it? Likely. With Uranus in Taurus (radically traditional values) opposing Mars in Scorpio, he could do it very quickly. Is he trustworthy? A shill? A gatekeeper? With his Sun in the 12th of the rectified chart, I am still not sure. The true Ron Paul is hidden from the world to see.
Here’s what I do know about him. He’s not Barack Obama. He wouldn’t have signed the NDAA. He’s not Mitt Romney, a dyed-in-the wool bloodline insider, related to the Bushes, doing business with them through the Carlyle Group. He’s not Rick Santorum who believes in intelligent design and yet has avowed that he would bomb Iran if given half the chance. In a field of old paradigm politics and so-called leaders that mouth platitudes which suit their handlers, Paul stands out as a true wild card. He might be the guy that places the capstone on the pyramid and we’ll all be fooled again, but at this point, does it really matter? You want real change America? For better or worse, Ron Paul might be your best and last shot. As of this typing, Paul, Romney and Santorum lead in the Iowa caucus.

T&A or girl-on-girl ratio is getting lower here. Politics to blame? Help a brother out & up that please. Seriously, though…RP scares me because of the racism thing…not like you asked. Don’t know, pick the least insidious candidate, I guess. Will we all need a blindfold and a dartboard this time around?
James Williams has some nice things to say about Ron Paul.
Here’s some more flava in your earhole supporting Brother Ron.

fair enough. will check it out, very open to mind expansion.
A diamond is only worth it’s setting… greedy old pedophiles and self-salting slugs…really?
What the f*ck does that mean?
Until this guy grows a uterus, and bears the responsibility of what it means to CHOOSE whether or not to continue a pregnancy, then I would consider voting for him. As it stands, he will NEVER receive my vote!!!
Obama has sincerely lost my faith signing that bill. What a bunch of crap!!
I don’t think Ron Paul is anti-abortion Abra. I believe he sees the big ticket items like abortion as states issues, not federal issues. I’m actually in agreement with Ron on this point. We need more direct democracy and states rights gets closer to it.
saw the vids, read a bit more. i fell for the plusgood / doubleplusungood business…this is precisely why people should / do discuss, and yes debate (fight, arouse anger, most important of all…reason) about politics. still taking in more information. however, thanks. knee-jerk reactions do not…a voter…help. this one’s for you: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tHOn093r-Ak
a question please – who are the 7 sisters you mention?
The Seven Sisters are; Standard Oil of New Jersey, Exxon, Chevron, Gulf, Texaco, Shell and B.P.
Your prayers are answered–Pat Robertson’s got it all covered… http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gBrX5sFMedw
He is anti abortion and I don’t buy that states rights crap either. That entire line of thinking that we should leave it up to the states to decide encourages defunding Planned Parenthood and a womans access to birth control AND a abortion if that is what SHE decides.
Not so long ago some yahoo in Texas was talking of seceding.
The Civil was fought already.
Every single day women do not have the right to decide what is best for themselves, is a day we are not free as humans.
I like Alan Greyson. I like Elizabeth Warren. I like Howard Dean. I like Cucinich. I like Bernie Sanders. I LOVE Rachel Maddow (she is ridiculously smart. I have seen her shred Dick Army & Eric Cantor politely). I would give $$$ to any of these folks if they ran….even against Obama….for real.
I’ve been trying to figure out how to respond to your comment, which has a lot of charge. I was going to mention the eugenics based roots of Planned Parenthood, Margaret Sanger, The Negro Project et al., but that’s too ideological. I was going to talk about the right to choose which should not be exclusively in the domain of women, but people in general, which would include the right to hang bowling pins from your earlobes or eat mushrooms to kiss the goddess. That’s Camille Paglia’s position and one I respect. But instead, I’ll tell you about a time that I experienced an abortion with an ex. It was the worst time in my life. I felt like I had the lights turned out on my soul for months on end and lived in an existential hell. It was nothing that I could chase with drink or even prayer. I would never want anyone else to be in the hell that I was for pushing that “choice” upon another being. I can only begin to imagine what it was like for her.
I’m a firm believer in states rights because as I mentioned earlier, its more along the lines of a direct democracy. The other model doesn’t seem to be working so well as of late.
Anyone who grew up on a dairy farm in Pennsylvania like Paul did, doing chores and working as a family with a family like Paul did; can’t be all bad.
Or hardly bad at all.
I think you may have answered your own question here? Just a thought, when you said the following:
“But if that’s the case, then why the elaborate effort to exclude him from debates? Is it so well thought out that they parse out his three minutes or so because Stephen Spielberg said that its the best way to legitimize his outsider status? Or is the status quo truly afraid of him? There’s even talk that he’s on a hit list if he gets too popular.”
“Pluto in Cancer is what Paul brings to the table. In fact, his Pluto stands in direct opposition to the USA astrological chart’s Pluto which is at 28 degrees Capricorn. So Paul in essence is in opposition with the current assemblage of the Plutocracy simply based on his natal Pluto. We’re talking direct opposition here.”
Well, to me it explains a lot, anyway.
Hi there, just came over to check you out from the link at Smoking Mirrors. Really enjoyed the Decoding Pluto article-my 11 yr old son loved The Hunger Games while I thought it sounded pretty dark and creepy. Anyway, I continued on to read this article and I have to admit I am ambivalent about Mr. Paul myself. Your keen insight and knowledge of Astrology lends an interesting twist to the subject that I’d not considered before.
Just yesterday I read a different take on the guy at one of my favorite Blogs; The Secret Sun. So after reading this today I commented over there and included a link to this piece here. So I will do the same for you and maybe it will have far reaching implications for the future of humanity in this Grand Fractal Holoverse….and bring new fans to both these cool sites….(just kidding about the first part! ;P )
Check it out: http://secretsun.blogspot.com/2012/01/ron-paul-race-ritual-and-scottish-rite.html
Looking forward to exploring your site more in-depth now that I’ve found it! Blessings onya~jo
Hi Jo,
Yes, The Secret Sun is a terrific site, Chris Knowles is a very bright guy. On my show today, I’ve been going deeper regarding Paul and the Austrian school of economics as it relates to the individual, will, luciferianism, Freemasonry, Atlantis, The Law of One vs The Sons of Bellial. I had Dr. Jack Pruett on my show not that long ago and he is a long time friend of Paul’s, well more than a friend. They shared a clinic together in Texas so he knows Ron pretty well. Pruett admitted on my show that he (Pruett) was a Mason. In all likelihood Paul is one as well, which dovetails nicely with the Austrian school ethos. Paul’s philosophies would put him in the “Law of One” camp, which seeks to empower the minions instead of enslave them like “The Sons Of Belial” would do (out of love for us of course). Paul is that candidate. The rest are not. I’m not saying its a good thing one way or the other, because there are tradeoffs with Paul. Lots of freedom, but also huge concentrations of power in the private sector. Individuals would be theoretically protected by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, but the social contract carved out under FDR through LBJ would be no more. Thanks for dropping by.
