“Santorum” sounds like an Eli Roth flick.

Just a quick post as a lead in to the caucuses. I’ve been very busy with the holidays and getting my shit together for 2012. Lots to write about and lot more coming. If you haven’t noticed it yet, nearly all of the top shows from the past two years on FAR have been posted at the FAR youtube channel. Plenty of great interviews with the likes of Bruce Lipton, Jay Weidner, Andrew Harvey, Patricia Cori, George Green and many more.

BULL REIGNS SUPREME

In the surreal carny sideshow known as the GOP primaries, Iowa stands out more than ever this election cycle. In the middle of the country, rows of corn and pastures of cow, human grit, and all that, bullshit fills the air, which is fitting as the Moon is in Taurus, just coming off a conjunction with Jupiter. The one candidate that this impacts the most is Taurus, Rick Santorum, who’s been schlumping around the bottom of the pack. Well the MSM in a desperate attempt to distract people away from the Ron Paul show is fanning Santorum’s flame in the past 72 hours. The Moon will be close to conjunct with his Sun tonight in Iowa. Even Rupert Murdoch has publicly come out in support of him. If I’m Santorum, I’m not sure if this is a good thing, but he needs the press in more ways than one.

Even though the former senator from Pennsylvania who couldn’t even bail water in his own state when it came to being re-elected is a Taurus, his chart is anything but passive. With Moon in Aquarius, Mercury and Venus in Aries, he’s far more hawk than dove and has been telling everyone who’ll listen that he’ll bomb Iran if given half a chance, the same line that Aries Michelle Bachman has been spouting. By the way, Bachman reminds me of my ex-wife in some ways, also an Aries in that there is no quit in her. Despite the fact that she lost a key campaign aide to Ron Paul, she presses on. That’s the embodiment of Aries–ram ahead.

So I fear that Iowa will boost Rick Santorum much higher in the public eye. I still say that Romney will be the GOP’s candidate based on his bloodlines and deep connections to the Bush family, Carlyle Group etc., but Santorum will likely be shoved past Ron Paul, who has been catching fire and the mainstream media, Romney, Gingrich and even Obama are terrified of. The Taurus Moon will be squaring Paul’s Leo Sun, which will not help him embrace a not so convincing finish in Iowa. If I had to predict the outcome, it would be, Romney, Santorum and Paul tonight.

Editor’s note. As of 10:20 PST, Romney and Santorum are neck and neck, Paul is a close third.
